Fears on possible re-licensing of substance – Ceri Evans
Update on sheep dip
Recent rumour has it that cypermethryn is about to be re-licensed.
It is argued that sheep welfare is paramount and the option to use the SP in conjunction with the OP to avoid the build up of resistance to the latter together with the claim that there were only four pollution impacts in England and Wales in 2006 overrides the (forgotten) damage it causes.
It is also claimed that impacts only last a few months.
The ACA will most likely fight the re-licensing and is our best resource.
It is short of funds and would appreciate new members.
